BOARD IMPLEMENTED POLICY CHANGES

July 2007 - The late fee on ALL delinquent accounts will be 10% of the annual maintenance fee.

July 2007 - Any hot tub that has been abused that will require our maintenance staff to drain and clean the tub will be shut down for the remainder of the week.  Unit owner's are asked to help police the resort for any abusive behavior and report it to the office immediately.

September 2006 - Effective September 1st the damage deposit will increase from $50.00 to $100.00.

September 2006 - Our resort proudly offers two outdoor hot tubs for year around enjoyment.  There is not cost to owner's and guests for the the use of the tubs.  The hot tubs are located: one between "A" & B" Building and the other between "D" & "E" Building.
